Notice of Special Assessment

The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on August 29th, 2023, voted by required majority vote to levy a special assessment in the amount of $110.00 per home for Capital Improvements. These funds will be used to beautify the community and make Crowley Creekside a better place to live.
The Board of Directors has approved a Special Assessment in the amount of $110.00 effective March 1, 2024 and will be due no later than June 30, 2024.
Section 6.4 Special Assessments. “The Association may impose special assessments (“Special Assessments”) to make capital improvements, to satisfy indemnity obligations, to pay insurance deductibles, to fund unanticipated or unbudgeted costs or expenses of the Association (whether for operation or administrative purposes, or otherwise), or for any other reason permitted under applicable law.”
