Yard of the Month Program Starting

Judging criteria:
Edged and defined lawn with healthy grass
Foliage that is pruned, trimmed and shaped
Creativity (color, variety, and layout)
Nomination process:
E-mail your choice for Yard of the Month to tjackson@essexhoa.com
Include the address and a photo of the yard
Include your name and address in the e-mail
Submit your nomination by 15th of every Month
Rules:
Two votes per household permitted
Nominees must be in good standing with HOA (up to date on dues)
Voters must be residents of Creekside of Crowley
Prize:
A $50 gift card to Lowes
A custom yard sign to showcase the winner’s property
